1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Only unused, unopened CBD products in their original packaging are eligible for return.
  • Sale items, opened products, or items showing signs of use cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us via email or our contact form with your order number and reason for return.
  • After approval, please ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within several business days.
  • Shipping costs for returning the product are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Depending on your location, it may take additional time for exchanged products to reach you.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for high-value items.

5. Safety & Compliance

  • By purchasing, you confirm that you are in a location where receiving CBD products is legal.Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Please note: CBD regulations differ by country and state. We cannot accept returns from regions where shipping CBD products is prohibited.

6. Exchange

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Mahina.holistic.hemp@gmail.com.
