Returns & Refund Policy

1. Basic Policy

  • Due to the nature of CBD products, all sales are final. Returns are accepted only under the conditions outlined in this policy.

2. Eligible Cases for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
  • The product is damaged or defective
  • The product received is different from the order
  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging (for applicable products only)
  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the product

  3. Refunds

  • Approved returns will be inspected, and refunds will be issued to the original payment method.Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product).

  4. Return Procedure

  • To request a return:
  • Contact customer support with your order information
  • Submit photos if the item is defective or incorrect
  • Follow the return instructions provided after approval
  • Unauthorized returns may not be accepted

  5.Shipping Costs

  • Except in cases of our error, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
