1. Basic Policy
- Due to the nature of CBD products, all sales are final. Returns are accepted only under the conditions outlined in this policy.
2. Eligible Cases for Returns
- Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- The product is damaged or defective
- The product received is different from the order
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging (for applicable products only)
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the product
3. Refunds
- Approved returns will be inspected, and refunds will be issued to the original payment method.Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product).
4. Return Procedure
- To request a return:
- Contact customer support with your order information
- Submit photos if the item is defective or incorrect
- Follow the return instructions provided after approval
- Unauthorized returns may not be accepted
