I, Kenji Mizoguchi, was born in Nagasaki as a second-generation atomic bomb survivor. In 1987, I moved to New York, where I lived for over 20 years, experiencing life in the heart of the city and witnessing the tragic events of 9/11. It was during this time that I realized the importance of living in harmony with nature, which led me to move to the Island of Hawaiʻi in 2012.
My journey with CBD began after watching a documentary about a young girl with epilepsy. My mother, who suffered from acquired epilepsy, and this girl's story resonated deeply with me. I couldn’t help but think, "If only CBD had been available back then, how many lives could have been saved?" This realization became the foundation of creating our products.
After meeting organic hemp farmers on Kauaʻi, Mahina Holistic Hemp was born. Our products undergo lab testing in Hawaiʻi, and we ensure that THC is removed to meet Japanese regulations. With a focus on safety and quality, we are proud to offer all-Hawaiʻi products that you can trust.
